When Hal Donaldson was 12 his father was killed by a drunk driver. For years he struggled with bitterness. Yet, God had a deep calling and plan for Hal’s life. 

After an encounter with Mother Teresa later in his life, Hal felt compelled to shift his priorities from building his own career to serving the poor and needy. This led him to start Convoy of Hope.

This has grown into a global ministry that provides aid and support in over 100 countries around the world. They feed 639,000 children daily and aim to reach one million.
