STAGE SEVEN: HOW TO BLESS THE NATIONS
DEVOTIONAL
Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
There will be people from every nation, tongue, and tribe in heaven. We will worship Jesus together forever. Jesus’ mission for us now is to reach the world. Don’t try to shrink His vision for your life.
We are world Christians.
We want to give God access to our lives in these areas: Going, giving, praying, welcoming, sponsoring, mobilizing, and reaching people online. God has blessed you to bless the nations. Cultural Christianity ignores or looks down upon people who aren’t from your country. Jesus pursued and sacrificed to reach everyone.
You can have an incredible global impact for God’s kingdom.
Do whatever Jesus tells you to do. Build on islands of strength. It’s difficult to steer a parked car, so start moving forward by faith. God will direct your steps and words. It’s worth the cost and investment of time and energy. May we love people like Jesus loves people. Life is short, hell is hot, and heaven is real. May what breaks God’s heart break our hearts too. God wants to do something new in our lives beyond what we can plan. Receive His global vision and passion.

1. How can you begin to take greater and bolder Gospel risks? (Psalm 96:1-3)

7. Why do we pray, give, go, welcome, and mobilize? (Revelation 21:1-6)
DISCIPLESHIP MILESTONES
1. Give the Holy Spirit access, by surrendering, to lead you to bless and reach people around the world.
2. Begin to pray daily for the nations and the three billion people who don’t know about Jesus yet.
3. Write down a plan and take action globally. Mobilize others to join you.
This week, make a prayerful plan and include next steps for your participation with reaching people globally. Offer yourself to God, like in Isaiah chapter 6, where he let God write the story of his life.
