WEEK FOUR – SMALL GROUP QUESTIONS
Barnabas’ Journey: More Encouragement
Everyone needs encouragement. God communicates with us personally through Scripture and the Holy Spirit. Barnabas receives from God and is overflowing with encouragement.
When you have compassion for people, you pursue them and bring timely comfort. Barnabas made material sacrifices to encourage the church. Barnabas was an advocate for Paul when he was a new Christian and many people didn’t trust him.
Barnabas brought restoration for Mark and gave him a second chance. Barnabas was willing to go to new places and build new relationships.
God is our source, and His encouragement changes lives.
