Read Ruth 4:13-22 and then watch the DAY FOURTEEN video.
Great relationships are rooted in God’s love. There are three people in this story who walked with God. Consequently, Ruth loved Naomi. Naomi loved Ruth. Ruth loved Boaz. Boaz loved Ruth. Naomi loved Boaz. Boaz loved Naomi. It sounds simple, but it’s unfortunately quite rare. It’s easy to have strife and division in families. Jesus is in the lineage of Ruth and Boaz. God was guiding this union. The key in all relationships is to keep God at the center. The love of Jesus brings healing and hope to every family.
VICTORY
Consistent good decisions that honor God leave an inspiring legacy.
PRAYER
Father God, You made families. It was your brilliant design. You understand every family dynamic. Forgive us for intentionally and unintentionally leaving you out of our decisions and relationships. We want to walk in love and truth. Thank You for the inspiring example of Ruth and Boaz. We pray for restoration, kindness, hope, and good choices in our families. May we honor You in all things. We recommit to You, Jesus. We want to glorify You. In Your merciful name we pray, Lord, amen.
