Read 2 Timothy 1;1-7 and then watch the DAY THIRTY-EIGHT video.
God raises the spiritual temperature in our lives. It’s easy to be lukewarm, complacent, ineffective, ungrateful, or stuck. There are many ways God moves and transforms us. Paul prayed diligently for Timothy. Timothy was blessed to have a mother and grandmother who loved God. Timothy also actively fanned the flame by using His spiritual gifts. Ultimately, God’s presence is our fuel. When you decide to follow Jesus, the Holy Spirit dwells in you. Scripture tells us to be filled, which means yielding to God and asking for more of His presence. When we repent from sin, we make room for more of God in our lives. God’s perfect love drives out fear.

VICTORY
Be filled with the Holy Spirit as God empowers you.
PRAYER
Holy God, we worship You with reverence and awe. Forgive us for being stubborn with sin. We want to be teachable and humble. Thank You for being generous and dwelling within us, Holy Spirit. We are asking for Your presence in our families and churches. We need revival. We need a move of the Holy Spirit in fresh ways. We ask for fresh wind and fire. We are crying out to You in Jesus’ mighty name, amen.
