Where To Start
Read Ruth 4:1-10 and then watch the DAY TWELVE video.
To redeem means to buy back. There is a cost with restoration. God wonderfully made us, but we rebel against God. Jesus paid the price for our sins on the cross. We are redeemed through His blood. Ruth and Naomi needed a kinsman-redeemer who would graciously provide for them. This is a picture ultimately of Jesus, who is the only One who can save us for eternity. Find someone who needs salvation and share the good news of Jesus. Take sacrificial relationship risks with a heart full of love.
Who is one person in your life that you can lead to Jesus or to the community of faith today?
VICTORY
The love of Jesus redeems.
PRAYER
Gracious God, thank You that You treat us better than we deserve. Thank You, Jesus, for laying down Your life so we can be forgiven and have reconciliation. We will never forget how much You have done for us. We won’t stay silent and scared. The gospel is too good to keep it to ourselves. We ask for opportunities and boldness to lead someone to You, Jesus. In Your glorious name we pray, amen.
