Chapter Ten – BELIEVE JESUS
Jesus is the Good Shepherd. He calls us by name, provides nourishment in green pastures, leads us to still waters, lays down His life for us, and restores our souls. On our own, we go astray and wander in the wrong direction.
Jesus will leave the 99 sheep to go after the one.
These are powerful truths that shape our lives in profound ways. There is an enemy of our souls who wants to steal, kill, and destroy. We will not walk in fear though, because Jesus is with us and comforts us, even in the darkest valleys. Hard hearts reject Jesus and darkness hates the light. There is nothing more Jesus could do to demonstrate His love, but some people stubbornly hold onto unbelief.
Don’t be a foolish sheep.
The abundant life includes receiving and giving the hope of Jesus, as we dive deeply into His word and share it with others. If you love Jesus, feed His sheep. Believing the Lord is evident in how we live and our primary purpose. Rescue the perishing and be bold instead of timid.
Just Choose Hope

HOPE POINT

PRAYER
Thank You God for Your loyal love. Your love was demonstrated on the cross and proven with the resurrection. We have nothing to worry about because You are with us. Your presence makes the difference. We give You our fears today. Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light Jesus. Thank You, Lord, for how You guide and provide for us. We are very grateful to be in Your family, and we pray in Your name, Jesus, amen.
