WEEK 1 – RELIANCE
DAY ONE
God has called you to be His ambassador, minister, priest, and witness who testifies about the love and truth of Jesus. It is a significant and exciting assignment. You cannot successfully carry out this work merely on your own strength. Jesus encourages and empowers His followers to bless people and build up His kingdom daily.
Your ultimate purpose is to know Christ and make Him known.
Serve God and speak about His goodness where you live, work, learn, and play. Jesus does not leave us as orphans. The Holy Spirit dwells in everyone who decides to follow Jesus. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who comforts and convicts you with a compelling vision until Jesus returns.
Our role is to abide with God and respond to His direction. God’s role is to lead us and change hearts. We can be faithful and trust God with the results. God’s plan is the same for every nation and generation.
