DAY THIRTY-SIX
Heaven and hell are real. We can learn from Herod. He had power, wealth, influence, leadership, fame, and an impressive position. At the end of the day those did not matter.
Many people climb the wrong ladder in life. He did not have a walk with God, peace, kindness, hope, or humility.
When you read the Bible find examples to both follow and avoid. The impact of your life will go far beyond your days on the earth.
How you invest your time, talents, and treasure can bless generations and nations.
Your character will be how people remember you. Your faith decisions are linked to your eternal destination. You have a ministry and a legacy. To whom much is given, much will be required.
Think far beyond yourself and your short life. Aim for treasures in heaven and focus on what is eternal: God, people, and Scripture.

PRAYER
Faithful God, You treat us far better than we deserve. Thank You for Your grace. We do not want to waste a day or even an hour. Give us wisdom, we pray, to live intentionally for Your kingdom. We pray everyone in our families will decide to follow You! We love You, Jesus, and pray in Your name. Amen.
