WEEK 12 – PERSEVERANCE
DAY SEVENTY-EIGHT
There will be critics who tell you that trusting Jesus is a foolish decision, and you are out of your mind. College professors may try to attack the foundations of your faith.
Family members might be angry at you for following Jesus. People at church might say that you are too passionate about God. Co-workers want you to be more lukewarm. It will come from all angles.
Festus told Paul that his faith was insane. It’s interesting that one of the most inspiring Christians was being publicly criticized. If they treated Jesus this way, who was sinless, don’t be surprised when you hear it too.
We have no reason to be ashamed of Jesus.
We love God with all of our minds. This is not a blind or deceptive faith in God. The evidence is in favor of our risen Lord. Spend time researching common objections and solid answers. Be prepared.

PRAYER
Everlasting Father, thank You for providing reliable sources to confirm our faith. We love You with all of our hearts and minds. Help us, we pray, to have deeper conversations about what really matters in this life and the afterlife. We pray that You would soften hard hearts and bring conviction through the Holy Spirit so Jesus would be known and trusted. We pray for the harvest and more workers. In Your name Lord, amen.
