For two whole years Paul stayed there in his own rented house and welcomed all who came to see him.

DAY EIGHTY-FOUR
You can place God’s people in prison, but you can’t chain the word of God.
In some prisons Paul was highly restricted, and the conditions were dreadful. In this chapter, he was under house arrest. He was doing more ministry than many people who have an abundance of additional freedoms.
Reaching and discipling people is more about your heart condition than your situation.
When your soul is on fire, you find a way.
For two years, Paul welcomed visitors and raised up more leaders. Imagine if God’s people were fearless and committed in spreading the indestructible hope of Jesus.
What we see in the book of Acts is what we need today. After taking 84 days, may your vision for Biblical Christianity be clearer than ever, your unity be stronger, your reliance on the Holy Spirit be greater, and your desire to be faithful be growing exponentially.
It’s time to soar together above the noise and nonsense. Those who hope in the Lord will rise like eagles and bring hope and healing across our land in Jesus’s name.

PRAYER
God of hope, we worship You. Seeing how you moved through the early church gives us more confidence in You today. Our earnest prayer is to shift from cultural Christianity to Biblical Christianity. May it be done on earth as it is in heaven. Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. In Jesus name, we thank You and rely on You. Amen.
