WEEK 3 – FAITHFULNESS
DAY EIGHTEEN
You can be faithful to God and criticized unfairly. There will be times when people falsely accuse you and undermine you.
God was using Stephen to heal and restore lives. Stephen was full of grace, but the religious leaders were graceless. Men tried to argue with Stephen, but God gave him wisdom and powerful responses through the Holy Spirit.
The purity of Stephen shined in the heat of the trials he endured. You have the mind of Christ as you are filled with His word and abide with Jesus.
Lies will never win over the truth. Darkness cannot eliminate the light.
The gates of hell will not prevail against the church. When people bring hatred, walk in love. When people try to discourage you, be overflowing with hope. When people attack your faith, be confident in Scripture and the promises of God. God will continually renew you on the inside.

PRAYER
Almighty God, there is no argument or claim that will ever be able to change the fact of who You are. No one can defeat the truth or stop the resurrection and return of Jesus. We do not shrink back from courageous conversations, and it is in Your name, Jesus, we pray. Amen.
